Shot by Branden Lower.
I'm so proud to finally launch this 8mm film for Kelly and Dan. Not only are they an incredible couple, but we tried something new with their film that we had never done before.
Danny Phelps is a past A Bryan Photo groom and an incredible musician. Most of you may know him as the groom from this Seattle wedding. Danny approached me recently with the idea of creating original scores for our 8mm films. I absolutely loved the idea. The thought of a couple having a unique soundtrack to their wedding seemed so remarkable. We decided that Kelly and Dan would be great first subjects for this project. So when the footage came in from the lab we shipped it straight to Danny in Seattle. He watched their wedding and wrote a song based on the vibe of the couple and event. He then sent it back to us for Branden to edit the final short version. The result is stunning!
An original score with your 8mm film is now available for all A Bryan Photo couples. Let us know if you are interested!
If this is your first time on our site, we specialize in photographing high end weddings and interesting people. Despite living in a digital age, we primarily shoot with film because its natural look allows us to stand out. This past year we traveled to Charleston, South Africa, New York and Las Vegas among others. However, the A Bryan Photo studio is located in Birmingham, Alabama, and it provides a great place for our team to perfect our craft and meet with clients.
We are excited about the new features of this site, which was beautifully crafted by Machstic. The site will allow our clients to enjoy more of their images and provide a platform for our entire catalogue of work. Although our new site is comprehensive, you can see our work featured in PDN's Top Knots, and we were also selected as a member of Grace Ormonde's Wedding Style's Platinum List.
Thanks for your time and attention. We don't take it for granted and look forward to providing you with more great photos and interesting stories in the future.Kelly and Dan (8mm)

I love this! I think the idea of a personalized soundtrack is incredible.... way to go the extra mile for the client!
Incredible. I can imagine how much a bride & groom would love that.
so rad. and I would buy that soundtrack.
This is just beautiful. So perfect.
Awesome! One more great feature to offer the client and makes it that much more special to the bridge and groom. Good work!
Emotions captured on 8mm film is truly romantic.
A Bryan Photo, once again, you have blessed the hearts and lives of those entrusting you to capture their beautiful day! Absolutely well done and KUDOS! The fact that each video comes with an original score is even more memorable. Makes me think of the movie "The Holiday." (The last few remaining scenes.)
Thanks for sharing!
Love this idea, so very well executed. Great wedding, and of course, who could forget that Seattle wedding!
NO WORDS to describe how awesome this is! To have your own soundtrack written for you, as a bride and groom, is... ...there is just nothing cooler.
