School Photographs, In-Studio

My son goes to a very small school in our neighborhood. The school only has a handful of students, and most of them live within a mile of our home. It occurred to me recently that there were no school photos taken of the kids during the year, and I asked if I could be the "school photographer." So last month I blocked off an afternoon and had the students come by the studio for a portrait session. I even let the parents bring their other children to be photographed as well. I am really happy with the images and hope that I can do this for years to come!

This was the first time I got to use my 12ft. seamless backdrop. It was so nice to have extra space available in the frame. It's amazing what 3 extra feet adds to a composition!

love this- a giant step up from the fake tree and pale of plastic flowers! they are very lucky to have... I'd be interested to hear profit on this- just making $$ through prints ordered?

Wow, I love these. I hope you can keep being the "official" school photographer too.
